Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to most countries worldwide, including EU, UK, and beyond. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location—just pop your country in at checkout to see the options!
How long does delivery take?
Here’s a quick guide:
- Sweden (our home turf!): 2–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days.
- Rest of the world: 7–14 working days
Delays can happen (boring customs or limited stock) but we’ll keep you updated with a tracking number once your order’s on its way.
We also offer express delivery. At checkout, you’ll see an option for express shipping (for an extra fee).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes and save the shiping cost! ✌️
Just drop us a line to let us know around what time would you like to pick it up, and we will have it ready for you.
You can even pay here at our offices (Swish or CC only), and get a chance to check out our showroom with more gear, consumables and fun set hacks. We have excellent coffee too!
Can I get express delivery?
You bet! Need it fast? At checkout, you’ll see an option for express shipping (for an extra fee). Perfect if you’re up against a deadline or just can’t wait to unbox your new gear.
How do I track my order?
Easy peasy! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS, or PostNord). You can also log into your CameraNordic account to check your order status anytime.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve got you covered! You can pay with:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- PayPal (super safe and easy).
- Swish (for Swedish customers—pay it quick from your phone).
- Bank transfer (will send you a secured link).
All payments are fully encrypted for your safety.
Do you price match?
Yup. If you spot the same new product at a lower price from another authorised retailer in Sweden, email us at info@cameranordic.com with proof, and we’ll do our best to match it.

Returns & Warranties
What’s your return policy?
No stress—we have a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee for most items. Just make sure they’re:
- Unopened and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition you received them.
Some products (like sale items or custom orders) have different rules, so check our Return & Refunds policy for the full details.
How do I return something?
Easy! Just:
- Check the condition: Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
- Filled this form and email it to us info@cameranordic.com
Do include a brief reason for the return (no need for details — we just want to help!) and a photo of the item (if faulty) to speed up the process. - Wait for instructions: We’ll email you back and, if needed, will send a prepaid return label (for faulty items only).
- Pack your item securely and send it back.
- Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund (usually within 7-12 working days).
What’s your warranty policy?
All new products come with the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1–2 years). If something goes wrong, just contact us with your order number, and we’ll help sort it out.
Taxes & Pricing
Do your prices include VAT?
Nope. Our prices are shown without VAT. This is common for businesses selling across borders because VAT rules depend on where you’re buying from. Also if the transaction is a B2C or B2B
- If you’re a private shopper in Sweden or anywhere in the EU, a 25% VAT will be added at checkout.
- But if you’re outside the EU, you won’t pay Swedish VAT — just the price you see!
- For businesses in Sweden, you can reclaim the 25% VAT added at checkout by entering your VAT number.
Will I have to pay import fees?
Possibly. While we don’t charge VAT for orders outside the EU, some countries apply import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These depend on your country’s rules and the value of your order.
We’ll include a commercial invoice to help with customs, but we can’t control these fees. Check your local postal service for details.
Can EU businesses reclaim VAT?
Yes! If you’re a business in the EU, you may be able to reclaim the Swedish VAT (25%) added at checkout. Check with your local tax authority for the process.

Products & Services
Do you sell used or refurbished gear?
Nope! Not yet, anyway. We do know a lot of people that have great gear to sell tho, so let us know what you are after, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I rent cameras or lenses?
Not really, but we are friends with all the rental companies in the Nordics, so happy to help if you need it.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?
We sure do! If you’re a business, school, or pro photographer looking to buy in bulk, email business@cameranordic.com with your enquiry. We’d love to help!
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Ah yes! So our stock changes constantly, but we normally have everything that’s on our website in stock. Having said that, it can happen that a particular item just got sold, or haven’t received it from our supplier as expected. We will contact you as soon as we can, if you have placed an order and we think it may take longer than promised.

What are your opening hours?
What to come and say hi? We’re “offically open” Mon–Fri, 9 – 17.00 CET, BUT we are pretty flexible ✌️
So if you have an emergency on set or simply forgot you needed to pick up the kids first, do call us! We always try to go the extra mile (literally too) to help our custumers.
*We are on-call 24/7 for emergencies (like a doctor? yes), call us and we will reply asap.
Fancy an excellent coffee and check out our showroom, you are always welcome! We have a lot of gear and great set hacks, consumables all around. If you’re curious about a particular gear, like a camera, you can book a demo –meaning just drop us a line with the time you want to come–, so we have it ready for you to play!
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes we do! We work with a number of leasing companies within our markets. Just say the word and we will happily assist you in getting the best deal possible taylored to your needs.
