Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your gear from us, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

How to Return Your Item

  1. Check the condition: Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
  2. Download and filled this Return form, then email it to us info@cameranordic.com 
    Do include a brief reason for the return (no need for details — we just want to help!) and a photo of the item (if faulty) to speed up the process.
  3. Wait for instructions: We’ll email you back and, if needed, will send a prepaid return label (for faulty items only).

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Standard returns (no fault): You cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Faulty or defective items: We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • EU customers: If the item is faulty, we’ll send a prepaid return label for you to use.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (some credit cards are problematic, we’ll contact you for an alternative method).

What Can’t Be Returned?

We’re happy to accept most returns, but these items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products (e.g., engraved items).
  • Open or used items (unless faulty).
  • Products purchased under special promos or discounts

Faulty or Defective Items? We’ve Got You Covered!

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We willl:

  1. Repair the item (if possible).
  2. Refund you in full (including standard delivery costs).
    - Please note our T&C apply. For example, if you arranged your own pick up, and they lost the item or damaged it in transit, we are not liable for it.

How to claim:

  • Email support@cameranordic.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos or videos of the issue.
    • A brief description of the problem.
  • We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days.

The Legal Stuff

This policy complies withSwedish consumer law, including the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen). For full details, check out the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
