The Side Rail - Left gives users mounting points on the left side of the KOMODO® or KOMODO-X™ as well as Sensor Plane markings. This rail offers four ⅜”-16 and two ¼”-20, anti-twist mounting points where you can add accessories like Bolt-On Rods for lens motors or any of our universal accessories.
Can work as a standalone item or in tandem with the Rear Cage and Side Rail - Right. This system together was designed to provide all-around rigging for the KOMODO-X. The side rails are designed to be compatible with the Adapter Support Brackets for RED’s KOMODO RF to PL lens mount with their forward facing M4 holes.
For KOMODO: Left side Rail does cover up the audio ports Microphone and Headphones.
These item attach to the Top Plate and ARCA Base Plate (Sony BURANO) via ¼”-20 screws.
