Product Description Specification

TitanHD transmits and receives without any loss in a normal environment. With a latency below 5ms, it provides real-time SD/HD monitoring.

Based on a 5GHz ISM band COFDM MiMo wireless system, TitanHD carries RGB and YCrCb 10-bit signal (HD SDI and HDMI), as well as SD SDI and composite (analog video).

Signal strength and stability are excellent.

The transmitter can be stacked between the camera and battery. Both the transmitter and receiver can be powered by battery (V-Mount or Anton Bauer) or external DC.

Works on the 5.8GHz ISM band that doesn't require a broadcast license.

Complies with part 15C of the FCC rules and procedures issued by Industry Canada.

Transmission Range
The transmission range varies depending on the topology of the location, performance remained excellent within an open field line of sight test from 200 feet (60 meters). It can be reduced by walls or interferences with other systems.

Audio & Metadata Transmission
TitanHD includes audio transmission where 2 channels are embedded in the SDI signal or 2 analog balanced inputs. SDI embedded Timecode and Tally transmission are possible in place of one audio channel (if any embedded in the SDI). Several other possibilities are available to remote basic functions (Tally and GPIO).

The selection of a channel can be manual or automatic. In P2P mode the link is possible only between one receiver and one transmitter. In Broadcast mode up to 6 receivers can be linked to a single transmitter, but data transmission from receiver to transmitter (S/N ratio, GPIO) is not possible.

Real time transmission

TitanHD is a state of the art digital wireless video HD/SD transmission system. Based on a 5GHz ISM band COFDM MiMo wireless system, TitanHD carries RGB or YCrCb 10-bit signal (HD SDI and HDMI), as well as SD SDI and composite. It transmits without any loss in a normal environment with a latency below 5ms, providing real time monitoring. Signal strength and stability are excellent.

Plug & Play

Setting up the TitanHD is really easy. Once transmitter and receiver have been paired, they can work for hours. There is no need to pair the modules at each start-up. In automatic mode transmitter and receiver will find together the best available channel. Several advanced possibilities allow to re-link faster in case of signal loss, or to set one TitanHD on upper channels while another is set on lower channels.
