General Terms and Conditions with regards to Sales & Service

  • When a purchaser (”buyer”) places an order and the Seller (”Camera Nordic”) accepts with an order acknowledgement, the parties have entered into an agreement. A placed order is therefore considered binding. Cancellation from the buyer is only valid after Camera Nordic's written consent. Delivery delays are not cause for cancellation. Cancellation charges may apply.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. Prices on order confirmation are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Due to fluctuating exchange rates some products may be labeled "Price on offer" on our site and/or quoted in EUR, GBP or USD. However, products delivered in Sweden will be invoiced in SEK according to the exchange rate on the day of delivery. Statutory taxes will always be added.
  • Payment shall be made within mutually agreed credit period. New custommers will be asked to pay in advance. If no specific agreement is reached on credit, payment shall be made within 10 days from invoice date. Camera Nordic reserves the right to change alter payment terms for any client.
  • All products are to remain property of Camera Nordic until full payment is received.
  • Camera Nordic reserves the right to impose lawful interest rate on any amount past due.
  • All products are sold with a one-year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is limited by Camera Nordic to either replace or repair defective products. In case of warranty repair at factory, freight costs to factory will be invoiced the customer.
  • All prices are given EXWORKS (Camera Nordic Sales Office) Stockholm. Any disaptch costs for deliveries from Camera Nordic to the buyer will be charged. If desired, Camera Nordic can arrange shipment on buyers account with BEST, DHL, HRX, Jetpack, PostNord, Schenker or UPS.
  • For exports to be invoiced without Swedish VAT, the buyer must provide a valid commectial VAT registration number.
  • For exports to outside the EU, the buyer will also be responsible for customs clearance and any statutory fees and taxes.

  • Camera Nordic shall bear the risk of loss up to time of delivery. Buyer shall assume all risk for subsequent loss after time of delivery.
  • Any objection to an issued invoice must be received within 8 days of the invoice date.
  • Returns are valid only after a written request from the buyer within 5 working days from the receipt of the items. Dispatch and re-packing fees may apply.
  • All disputes are subject and will be settled pertaining to the guidance of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and/or the district court of Stockholm
  • Geographical limitations may apply.

 

  • All items sent for service are subject to a minimum 1-hour labour charge for assesment. This charge does not include transport to and from our service center.
  • All Service offers valued under 5000SEK will be automatically considered confirmed and will proceed without clients written confirmation.
  • All Service offers are subject to a +/- 15% fluctuation which will be considered as accepted from clients.
