General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales, services, and use of cameranordic.com provided by Camera Nordic Sweden AB (“Camera Nordic”, “we”, “us”).
Camera Nordic sells to both:
- Consumers (B2C) – private individuals protected by mandatory consumer laws
- Businesses (B2B) – companies and/or professional users constituting a legal registered and active commercial entity
Different provisions apply depending on your status.
Swedish law applies, including:
- Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Sales Act)
- Distansavtalslagen (Distance Selling Act)
- Köplagen (Sale of Goods Act, for B2B)

Orders & Agreement
An agreement is concluded when Camera Nordic issues an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to:
- cancel orders due to pricing or stock errors
- request advance payment
- limit quantities
- alter prices noted without prior notice
- Prices, VAT & International Sales
3.1 General Pricing
- Prices are shown in SEK or EUR depending on region / agreement or request.
- Unless explicitly stated, prices are exclusive of VAT
- Shipping and fees are added at checkout / or determined before disapch unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Sales within Sweden (B2C)
- Prices include Swedish VAT (25%) at check out
- Any other taxes / levies or price burden are not included unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Sales within EU (B2C)
- VAT is charged according to EU distance selling rules (OSS scheme)
- The VAT rate depends on the customer’s country of invoicing and dispatch or subject to Swedish VAT.
- Prices displayed at checkout include applicable VAT, notice they do not include any further customs charges / import duties or any other finacial burden thereof
3.4 Sales within EU (B2B)
- VAT is not charged if:
- the customer provides a valid active VAT number / address and complete invoicing details
- the supply qualifies as an intra-community supply and subject to those specific rules and regulations.
- Any deviation of the above, VAT will be charged
3.5 Sales outside the EU (Export)
- Goods are sold without Swedish VAT (0% export)
- The customer is responsible for:
- import VAT
- customs duties
- clearance fees
- local taxes
- and any other finacial burden that may be subject to the shipment uless otherwise stated.
Camera Nordic does not act as importer of record unless explicitly agreed.
Customs authorities may:
- delay shipments
- require additional documentation or payment
Failure to pay import charges may result in:
- returned shipments
- additional costs charged to the customer

Payment Terms
- All new customers are required to pre-pay their first order.
- B2C customers are requested to pre-pay upon order or check-out unless otherwise stated
- Standard payment terms: 10 days net (B2B) unless otherwise agreed
- Consumers pay at checkout unless invoiced
Late payments:
- statutory interest applies
- reminder and collection fees may be added
Ownership of goods remains with Camera Nordic until invoiced amount is fully covered includign any potential fees, penalities or any other financial burden that might have occurred.

Delivery & Risk
- Delivery terms: EXW Stockholm unless agreed or stated otherwise
- Camera Nordic is liable unitl pick-up afterwich liability transfers upon delivery to carrier or client.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier for shipment.
- Camera Nordic is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur if the buyer arranges for pick-up or own delivery.
Delivery times:
- are estimates only
- delays do not entitle cancellation (B2B) (B2C)

Returns, Withdrawal & Cancellations
6.1 Consumers (B2C)
You have:
- 30-day return policy from delivery (Camera Nordic policy)
- 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU law
Conditions:
- item must be unused and in original packaging
- return must be registered in advance

Refunds:
- issued after inspection
- may be reduced if the product is used beyond necessary inspection
Return shipping:
- paid by customer unless defective
Exceptions (no withdrawal right):
- custom-built or special-order items
- sealed items opened where software applies
- items under sale, offer or promotion
6.2 Businesses (B2B)
- Returns require prior written approval
- Must be requested within 5 working days
- Restocking, handling, and shipping fees apply
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
Order cancellations require written approval.

Warranty & Claims
7.1 Consumers (B2C)
Statutory Right to Claim Defects (Reklamationsrätt)
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), consumers have a 3-year right to claim defects in a product.
A defect must be reported within a reasonable time after it is discovered. Complaints made within 2 months of discovery are always considered timely.
If a product is defective, the consumer may be entitled to:
- repair or replacement
- price reduction
- or refund, depending on the circumstances
For defects that appear within 2 years from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless Camera Nordic can prove otherwise. After this period, the consumer must demonstrate that the defect existed at delivery.
Manufacturer Warranty (Garanti)
Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year unless otherwise specified.
A warranty is a voluntary commitment and may provide additional rights, such as:
- faster handling
- simplified claims process
- coverage beyond statutory requirements
Warranty terms are defined by the manufacturer and may require:
- registration
- service through authorized partners
Relationship Between Warranty and Statutory Rights
The manufacturer’s warranty is separate from and in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights.
The warranty does not limit or replace the consumer’s rights under applicable law.
7.2 Businesses (B2B)
Warranty
Products are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty is limited to:
- repair
- or replacement of defective products
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- misuse or improper handling
- unauthorized modifications or repairs
Claims
The customer must:
- inspect goods upon delivery
- report defects without undue delay
Failure to notify Camera Nordic in time may result in loss of the right to claim.
Invoice disputes must be made within 8 days.

Service & Repairs
- Minimum 1-hour assessment fee applies
- Quotes under 5000 SEK are considered pre-approved
- Estimates may vary ±15%
Unclaimed repaired items may incur storage fees.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
For Businesses (B2B):
- No liability for indirect damages
- Liability capped at order value
For Consumers (B2C):
- Statutory rights always apply
- Limitations do not override mandatory consumer protection laws

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including and not limited:
- supplier delays
- logistics disruptions
- strikes
- government actions

Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR in EU.

Disputes & Governing Law
Swedish law applies.
Consumers:
- disputes may be submitted to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden)
- or resolved in Swedish courts
Businesses:
- disputes shall be resolved by Stockholm District Court or arbitration
