The Frosted Glass Accessory Lens for the Arri M8 PAR enables the user to further soften the output of the M8's multi-faceted reflector, to spread the beam, and to remove specular highlights. In lessening shadow definition, the frosted lens expands creative options on set. The lens slips easily into the fixture's accessory brackets. The M8 has the same 245mm accessory diameter as the ARRI D12 fixture, so barndoors, scrims and softboxes can also be used.
For precise light control and focus, ARRI offers various spill rings and snoots. In addition, 9.5" (242 mm) and 13.0" (330 mm) frosted glasses allow the light to be softened.
