The unforeseen faults and subsequently the down time due to the repair time has always been a hard one to tackle. We knew the solution would not be an easy one but we were determined to offer our clients that level of security. We are proud to announce that:

Our concept, our idea and our strive, has resulted to our initiative to better the best, and thusly we are now able to offer a solution for all the drama filled moments when a malfunction appears on set, so with the support of ARRI,
Camera Nordic is able to offer a buffer unit or unit(s)
for equipment that presents a fault on set. ARRI Cameras, ECS and PCA units are available at our premises and ready to be shipped out to cover repair down time.
As soon as we are notified about a fault we request the SN and log file of the unit. If the unit cannot be fixed remotely then we ask for it to be sent to us. In return a buffer unit from us is sent out. The buffer unit can be used for the whole duration of the project or until the serviced unit returns. This service is …
